Theme Questions

We strive for you to feel beautiful in everything you wear. If your Emaaki garment isn’t the perfect fit, send it across to us and help us find your perfect match.

- Returns will only be issued for a new size or if the Emaaki garment is faulty.

- Return within 2 weeks after delivery and must be in perfect unworn condition.

- If the returned item has any signs of being worn before (Pet hair, odors, deodorant, makeup). Emaaki will not issue a return receipt.

- No return shipping costs will be covered.

- No refunds on shipping costs are provided.

- Your refund or exchange will take 02 weeks to process and be informed via email once your refund or store credit has been issued.

- All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are returnable for store credit only. Any item marked HALF OFF or FINAL SALE is the final sale.

- When an item is shipped back, please send us your tracking number for reference.

Emaaki pieces are limited, therefore we recommend returning your Emaaki piece for a refund or re-purchase of your size.

Please contact us at info@emaaki.lk within 6 Hours after order has been placed. However, if the item is shipped before the address is corrected you will require to wait until the item has been returned back to us. (Additional shipping charges may apply)

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our Emaaki Ladies. Please follow the applicable steps below:

- Provide the order number associated with the item(s) in question.

- Provide clear photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s).

- A detailed description of the issue with the item(s).

Please contact the Customer Care Team emailing us on info@emaaki.lk so that we can further assist you in getting this matter resolved and be sure to include your Order Number.

You will need to report your damaged/defective item(s) received within 7 days of your package delivery date.

- If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Emaaki does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
